We can thank Morgan Stanley for this policy, that did not take long. What a shame. Caveat Emptor means exactly that, Buyer Beware, yet these brokerage houses want to babysit us all and tell us what to invest in or not. I get the regulatory aspect, there are far too many companies operating on the fringe of legitimacy, but it is OUR MONEY after all.
