What does it mean they were surprised the changes regarding the endpoints on UK and German government sites in Europe were a “surprise”? For ___’s sake, NWBO requested the changes, right? Or have they delegated responsibility to their CRO? Why bother pointing to SOS article and then say Smith has gone beyond what they can talk about? Sounds more like a prankster.
