the ActiPatch is available everywhere in the world and has been for ten years. A UK customer can buy one today.

UK sales dropped long before the CE Mark expired.

I bought an ActiPatch in the USA before the FDA clearance -- I bought it on eBay. The TRUTH is, if a chronic pain sufferer tried an ActiPatch and thought it worked and was worth the money, they would find and buy more ActiPatches.

Something is REALLY wrong with this narrative about how the ActiPatch is going to be a big seller IF/WHEN...... it would have happened by now if it weren't BS.
