As ilustrative examples, please refer to both the CMKX and SPNG scams re: share count issue.

There are most likely MANY more shares issued than most believe.

Also, you may wish to Czech with the Delaware SOS and verify whether or knott Billy has created any class(es) of CONvertible preferred shares - or supervoting preferred shares.

The Delaware SOS should have the current info on that. I'm too lazy and cheap to waste time and munny on that issue, so I'll leave it to all y'all and yer 'lawyer'. I wood assume Deidre's lawyer already knows that answer, so mebbe email him and see if he replies.
