As I said I can only speculate. I also remember a post in which the poster said DI mentioned that he couldn't control the timeline of the Government. I would imagine the company would like the FDA to supply some feedback on the choice of the statistical metrics. Ultimately it will be the FDA that needs to approve the therapy.
