Great statement. The investor wave of interest will come in 2021 when LP rings the opening bell on the NYSE.

The fundamentals are already in place. And they probably will execute. To what degree we don't know, but we can be fairly confident that they will sign a number of deals.

So the real question to me is, how do we turn this company into the best thing since sliced bread? I have some thoughts about this.

First, they have to start filing. Because without the financial reports there isn't much we can do. Next week should be a good start. The cash flow situation is also important. We will get info on that.

They may need to hire a director of investor relations, or something similar. I know a guy who can pump this company sky-high. Not only that, but he can help the CEO and prevent him from making some crucial mistakes. Because we all make mistakes. He's probably not available. Anyway. Just a thought.

Then, take a look at the website. Probably work in progress. But the telephone number is outdated.

Look at the SEC filings. I don't see any Form3 or 4 disclosure. Probably work in progress as well.

Let's take a look at the assets. I'm not a CFO but I know some things. If the acquired equity has a listing then it is easy to determine the value. You simply look at the share price and book it. These are valuable assets. Big airlines. Not like those worthless Chinese assets. Speaking of airlines, if I would acquire any of them, I would go to Asia. Not Europe or the US. Too much of a Corona mess.

We need an intro page on the message board. But first we need some assets. Work in progress.

And another thing. I am watching. Do I see this CEO making some mistakes already? Or heading in the wrong direction? Not really, so far. And that is a good thing. Let's just hope that he meets his targets, deadlines and promises. Because the last thing I want is another CEO who destroys his own credibility and that of the company. Been there too many times! And this is still the OTC. And this is still India. So credibility is going to be a crucial aspect.
