No shares for deal making, however we still hold the ace card and that is multiple international patents that are very valuable to some companies interested in applying MMJ to cream. That, is why I am not selling. It’s a ling shot but worth the risk/reward in my opinion.

What? The Court Ordered OWCP to file the 10-K - Turner borrowed $200k from DGF to file the 10-K - what happened to the money?

"The fact of the matter is the company has fulfilled the court order...That is done and over with. The court has no right to demand anything else at this point...."

So that isn't accurate - OWCP hasn't compiled with the Court Order.

But defending a serial scammer like Turner is pretty funny.

So far Turner hasn't accomplished anything of value since he was mysteriously named the CEO.

DGF can force OWCP into bankruptcy and take control of the company. The problem is there isn't assets of any value.

What did Turner do with the $200k he borrowed from DGF?
