How can it be truthful when it's not accurate. The logic is astounding...No-one has a clue what is going on behind the scenes...

The fact of the matter is the company has fulfilled the court order...That is done and over with. The court has no right to demand anything else at this point....

The company has no path forward under the current situation...

There is nothing wrong with speculation on what the next move(s) might be. The problem is people write as fact when first off their facts are wrong or inaccurate and second their prognostications end up being a bunch of nonsense.

Unless there is some last minute hiccup with DGF, there will be no more votes. If I was DGF I would be pissed off. The fact is the company fulfilled the court order as best they could. Not only did they hold a vote..it was extended several times at the behest of DGF.
Had the company received a positive outcome for option 1 or 2 then the filings would have come out and the stock would have applied to be relisted on the OTCQB assuming they met the one penny valuation.

All that is meaningless now and anyone suggesting the court can impose anything else is blowing smoke.

Ziv is probably faced with carrying out a total reorganization of the company...this is my opinion ..What other way is there to move things forward if in fact he still has the desire to do so.

The company is broke...has no shares for deal making....
