That is not what was written. What was written is that the conference hosts forgot to take down the “placeholder” timely when the company did not submit materials timely. The reason why they did not submit materials is left to speculation. What makes the most sense is that it would be old news. NWBO has the news and does not want a leak so not going to wait in my opinion. Canceling SITC while in possession of material news would be problematic from multiple angles.
