That's pretty odd, given numerous people have stated that one can not take over custody of a litigated entity. Guess we'll have to see. And that entry was not there at 4PM today when I checked.

Just shut this stock down. There's no company to take custody of.
Think it's a time running out deal? 7 days to go it would have been a year. Is there a time limit? A two word entry? No other info?
You're correct - the Motion was ordered and Dixon is indeed custodian. I just viewed the document (timestamped Nov. 5, 2020) a moment ago at Clark County Courts. Here's a screencap of the first page:
And if the last annual report's info is still correct, 150M shares are restricted/beneficially owned by the company, meaning the float would be only 31M.
Sidebar: the former CEO looks like the biggest buffoon in the history of the OTCs. I've never laughed so hard on an iHub page. Kudos to whoever put that dossier together :)
