I guess my question to you is, if they are waiting, why did they not withdraw from SITC first?

Yes I was around and remember a few withdrawals but was that not Powers herself being withdrawn back then? I remember the Miami sunbathing jokes on this board when Powers was absent and did not even bother to PR why she no-showed.

I do not recall withdrawing Dr. Liau ever especially not 2x in one month? And I do not recall withdrawing dr Ashkan ever. Even for NWBO that would be extremely disrespectful IMO.

But you are right about this

They do things their own way — without much timely explanation....until it’s time.

The greatest reach for unblinded data will be a journal article. While we are anxious to see the data and Liau et.al. are anxious to present it, they may have to hold off on conference presentations until they get a publishing commitment. These take time since drafts go through a peer review process.

So, as we have seen before, we may get conference presentation cancellations related to discussions with journals. I would not necessarily read it as negative. The big question will be the prestige and reach of the journal.

Here’s the problem I have with all of this. Either they need to decide to ignore shareholders with their holdings trading on a minor stock exchange; or not.

If they want to ignore shareholders and the stock price, then don’t do things like pay additional warrants to extend the suspensions, because it’s a waste of shares. But, if they do care about investors and the share price, then they need to stop playing games and communicate TLD....One or the other, they need to make up their minds.

Les and DI are effectively as bad as the so called naked shorts they like to complain about when it comes to their communication strategy.
