Zeppo, you addressed me in your sentence but your post is addressed to GF. I think you maybe right that there’s something amiss in this story. My take is auph is in the middle of a BO negotiation and that the buyer could also currently have a DES product in the market. My speculation is that Auph will be acquired within 4/5 months starting from when that PR was released, just a gut feeling...my two cents.
