thats how I see it as well, we wake up to pre-market filing stating we have buy-out/merger/JV valued at $20 PPS, market gets halted to re-align PPS and noone can get back in without paying the $20 PPS. wouldnt catch me selling a single share any where near here, all over $10PPS for starters, dont get many life changers to piss them away for $5k bucks SOLI CareClix
