Yes, technically it is dilution because more shares were added to the O/S, but its not toxic. All the shares are going to current shareholders (unless they arent executed and then a 3rd party could buy them) who i'm sure are almost all holding long the same way Mr. Chan owns hundreds of millions but he has never sold a single share into the market. I believe he is looking to make ALRT a billion dollar company at which point even with the new share structure our shares will be worth a fortune.
If Mr. Chan is willing to buy $12 million in shares at .05 what does that say about his confidence in the long term price per share? You may see some selling the next few weeks or after Dec 15 whenever the shares go live, but I would have to believe we'll see some developments before then and this was all timed/planned for a reason.
Just my speculation, would be curious to see what others think?
