They aren't bringing a reorganization plan. The US Trustee for the bankruptcy is telling the judge the company has nothing to reorganize, no business operations, no employees, no cash, no bank account, nothing.
That isn't the past, the Trustee filed that motion less than a week ago. It's over for this company, and whoever still holds shares when the gavel slams will lose 100% of what they paid for them.
