That is the reason why DGTW is entering bankruptcy and why the pps is low. (the present)

The risk that I am taking by owning shares is that DGTW presents this month a reorganization plan under Ch. 11 that is viable, brings in operations and turns around the current situation and adds value to DGTW. (the future)

I think the value to the shares that I own will come from the future value that a good reorganization plan will bring into DGTW. (the future). I am willing to take this risk given the low pps.
