I've maintained all along ever since the surprise September 1st PASO dividend news hit serious38 that I fully expected to see a revised or new LOI filed by CLX, but for whatever reason many here didn't want any discussion of that, and accused me of supposedly pointing out "imaginary" so-called "red flags" that none of us had anything to be concerned about.

So instead of arguing with fellow longs, I simply stated that I would remove myself from the ongoing board discourse here unless or until I saw CLX officially confirm that their Q4 merger into this PASO vehicle was still on.

And to date, CLX still has still never done that ok glty
