it happens and it was a concern amongst some folks months ago, But as ALan said everything here is in the hands of the lawyers and those making the deal happen.
So we have to assume they have that covered.
I have confidence in this crew (those doing the deal), i have been in some where i lost sleep over them in a bad way, and i got out green or as soon as I could flip way out or even taken a loss to get out what i could.
Yes it does suck
But i have to tell you, in the 18+ months i have been here, i have not lost any sleep in a bad way over this one. Maybe i am wrong but i dont think so.
