Right, for more perspective, there are various types of investors with different risk/returns profiles and investment horizons. We speculative retail penny stock investors are at the low-end of the spectrum.

So, as the stock becomes less speculative, then different classes of investors take positions. It’s also why an uplist is important, in order to make the stock attractive across that spectrum.
