Valuations are based off of the number of OS. Restricted and Unrestricted shares are separated. Its all their on OTC. IMO

The public float is the DTC, but publicly traded was lower till Friday, we might have tapped out the DTC on Friday. No one knows until we get an OTC update or TA confirms it.
