Just got off the phone with the company. They stated at this point they have no registration statement to sell shares into the market and have not as off last OTC market update.

THX good to know. Did IR/Mgmt., indicate they would submit a PR to communicate as such ?

Understand CNGT S/S was updated 10/29/20, no mention of public float number, any idea as to a number ? Thx
