As far as Tesla goes, I do know that there has been some interaction. At the very least Gayle seemed quite pleased about visiting them. Also, the company's behavior fits the description of companies working with Tesla under an NDA. Website going dark. Total news blackout. But, I have no way to know. And again, I also have no way of knowing if it ties into MRPS.
