FALSE his OPTIONS ARE WORTHLESS until they do the 100/1 reverse split. Which they will still be worthless. Cause the share count will go down by the same.

John is in Naples, he rarely speaks to Brad and regrets his good name being tarnished due to his involvement with Brad. John’s best friend and long-time colleague Bruce Forrest is suing PRED like many others. Nobody is in the money or ever will be except for Brad’s friends that we’re given warrants for fake IP and they could sell at any price and be in the money, Jennings, OBray, Ward, Ferguson, Brad and his family.

They can’t be bought out now as too many shares outstanding kills any sale price. Even if one of the businesses or IP were valued at $300m that would be $1.00, and nobody will pay $300m for $20m in rev. The debt is all converted shareholder debt, so the $80m in losses mentioned takes care of itself with any buyout north of $.50. True, some of the later real cash debtors are higher, but most are lower.

I’ll take a dollar all day, but I don’t see it happening.
