They can’t be bought out now as too many shares outstanding kills any sale price. Even if one of the businesses or IP were valued at $300m that would be $1.00, and nobody will pay $300m for $20m in rev. The debt is all converted shareholder debt, so the $80m in losses mentioned takes care of itself with any buyout north of $.50. True, some of the later real cash debtors are higher, but most are lower.
I’ll take a dollar all day, but I don’t see it happening.
