The FDIC's acknowledgment will come at a later date. That is, at the time of the closing of the receivership by the FDIC which must happen as per the Securities Act of 1933!

Isn't the FACT, that Bair, went before Congress and asked for the ability to HAVE THEM, acknowledgement enough?
