It was absolutely unjustified to silence our Amicus. Our Amicus serves all Federal requirements for an Amicus and it’s very very likely Amarin in fact considered mentioning the same information earlier in this appeal process.

I believe our Amicus was unlawfully swept under the rug and wish I had the resources to bring this to the attention of the Solicitor Generals Office. Our Amicus should be reinstated and Hikma should be required to answer the allegations...as well as other questions CAFC might have regarding Amarins arguments.
