My sense is that History will not be kind the FDA-NIH and perhaps many others when more is understood about the sequence of preventive actions and corrective action-decisions taken on CNS disease diagnosis and treatments.

IMO, shoes will begin to drop at a rapid clip soon as this onion gets peeled. I am certain that DR. Scott Gottlieb will get the last laugh. If/when any REAL corrective action analysis is done by the FDA or a delegated authority this is all going to look very ugly. Be nice to see some kind of after action analysis and report.

Dr.M. has done well to stay clear as long as he can b/c it otherwise looks like little AVXL would just be road kill. CNS diseases are a massive big money cash business including, clinics, treatment centers, dementia warehouses, medical device producers of scanners, MRI centers, chemistries used in PET and others. A very long list w/o BP but they and politicians are all involved. CNS diseases are big business and it is all on the table over the next few years.

The emphasis is about to shift from warehousing to not warehousing and whatever the future brings.
