Possibly, Eric and ALan and smart guys and sure there other very smart Men and Women, they are working with, IMO they have plan.
If they are close to up-listing when the time comes, IMO I say no. Remember this is just IMO of course, but a lot of institutions would jump in here if it was up-listed.
Most institutional investors do not like to jump in and out, they gather up as many shares as they can quickly and quietly, cause they know once it becomes public they are in pps goes up, if that happened, then shares IMO (again) would be hard to get driving pps up, and once device success was announced, rock n roll.
