The only vintage I had I recently drank when lockdown first started... not even sure 2003 counts as vintage? It's gonna have to be 2015 cab sauv. I hate thinking in terms of losing someone and rather look at in terms of other lost friends meeting someone new. Cheers everyone

The SEC on Sep 16, 2020 approved a change to its rules that would largely prevent brokers from quoting prices for OTC stocks unless the companies issuing such shares released up-to-date financial information to the public.

When does this change take effect?
