I think that's a very real possibility. The filings show the Zhabilov trust and many others holding (seems like only people close to them when you Google the people listed with restricted shares; one guy is a famous Bulgarian movie producer lol). They have incentive to keep this PPS going north. Someone in Lake Tahoe is going to be very rich when this runs.
