SCAMydx will never file another SEC filing again.

The founder, Yazbeck, has left.
There are no executives.
There are no workers.
There are no longer an exclusive patent rights (expired 7/31/20).
Majority of the patents referenced on SCAMydx webpage are abandoned and expired...the same fate as shareholders.
