Really, someone needs to tell that to the Operators of the 14 current Drilling Rigs in the Louisiana and Texas Offshore Federal waters of the GOM, and go ahead and throw in all the platforms too gearing back up for production in 4th quarter 2020.
There has only been a 30% decline in GOM drilling rigs from 1 year ago. Some may still try to push the “Zero GOM Rigs” / “Minus GOM Interest” Philosophy, but I’m not taking the bait. I do my research.
