Example: Let’s say Sky values out at $15 share. 15x447,000= $6,705,000. $6,705,00/171,417,000= $.039 per share (plus $.0045 corporate shell value) = $.0435 per share if Groen liquidated. AND this is all predicated upon an initial conservative Sky value of $15 share. Double that and look where were at.
