The Proxy' states that ALL of these forward moving events, I Believe are now coming, are able to occur without any prior notice or any shareholder approval' ...

Currently, ... "COOP" ... is all commons' as well, making these needed updates a bit easier for the company as a whole' ...

I was just reviewing the WMI BK Cases Closing requirements again for the zillionth time (LOL), ... and yes' the Cases closed on 12/20/2019', but the requirements carried the process of Court Ordered completion, into the 1st and the 2nd quarter' ... so ?

... WE' ... Should Be Okay ? ... "Everyone" Is Waiting At The Exact Very Same TimeLine' ... including ... the "LEAD ARRANGERS" and the "SPONSOR"
