Thanks for bringing that to my attention. My misuse of terms. Yes, you are 100% CORRECT! An Acquisition is an outright purchase take over of another company on a "cash-stock" buy out! Other words, CBBT will outright own PKG. That's far better than a Merger!

Bottom line: improved company performance and shareholder value over the long-term!
