ANSWER: Millions of shares simply CHANGED HANDS, in & out, bought & sold over and over again throughout the day. Or, more sinister, is that 'Insiders' at the Company simply DUMPED MORE shares into the OTC. This is NOT 'Wall Street', but even that is corrupt, but much more oversight & punishments. In the OTC, just a simple, mumdane act of SFOR (HONESTLY) reporting an internal action behind SOME of their outstanding shares sent this through the ROOF. Nevertheless --- comparatively --- SFOR appears to be a pretty decent Company, for the OTC.

you don't. the os is much higher after today's trading because of dilution. the other reason it traded so much volume is because of wash sale trades. that is what created some artificial volume here today as well. there is still quite a bit more to come. sfor has to be traded carefully because the bottom can fall out of the stock at any time. much of the volume the last couple of hours of the day was due to wash sales and dilution at the expense of chasers. tomorrow morning will most likely see a big sell off back to .007's or maybe high .006's. there are a few new runners on deck for tomorrow, sfor will get a much needed breather to cool off.
