XENA might mean because of the volume of selling in the range of twenty millions shares in the first few hours it "looked like pure evil" in that likely was orchestrated collusive selling by more than one entity, therefore illegal. Maybe she will find time to explain. If it was one very large stock holder why would they sell all at once crushing the price where they could sell more. They would logically space out the selling over a number of days and different hours in the day to get the best price for their shares. Therefore it was intended to bring the price down to either run stops or discourage investment in the company to either buy cheap or damage the company. There was no reason for a panic sell off. It certainly seemed orchestrated to me. It could have been only 500k shares traded and churned 40 times by HFT Algos. Therefore it was a buying opportunity.
