Hi Bob, Talk about a different perspective, I always am amazed seeing a motorcycle race on Speed at a track I've driven.

Some folks think I'm a bit nuts, but I have four wheels under me on the track!!!

Hi Bob, Happy New Year!

I missed the SPEED broadcast but will look for a re-run.

Well, my daughter's now a married woman and we have that behind us.

Speaking of Behind, I'm getting L5-S1 at the base of my spine worked on next week. "Bone on bone" doesn't feel much better than it sounds! So, I'm having what little is left of the disk taken out and the vertebrae fused. Don't think it will affect my Salsa Dancing too much. Here's some more info on what is to be done next Tuesday:

So, I'll have some time on my hands for watching Speed when I get home from the hospital. 2 hour surgery, 2 days in the hospital, 2 weeks with no driving and about 2 months in a brace or "girdle." I'm looking forward to not having to take 2 ibuprophen every few hours just to keep functioning!

Went to Lowes this morning and a guy pulled in next to be in a 1966 TR-4. I asked him if he ever had electrical problems. I think he's still laughing.
