The 1st is a Sunday. Anyway, they’ve proven TLD is not the only thing that might effect price before SNP. Examples include restarting trial registry, acquiring a company, etc. Still, if the news remains away, the bears will play, but very soon the music will stop and they may find very few chairs to sit on.

NWBO has stated that they will do everything TLD related close together and in coordination with the lead investigator in order and I quote, avoid "stepping on anyone's toes." While I think SNO would be the logical time frame for TLD, especially since anything in early November will have the oxygen sucked out of it due to the Election (which might not be resolved ina single day), I hear talk now of other appearances by Dr. Liau earlier in November than SNO.

So that is what NWBO is waiting on.

They have not and never will care how badly their low level of activity has impacted and will continue to adversely impact ordinary shareholders. Your only response is to try to maintain 'dry powder' and use these plunges (we're way past calling them 'dips') to average down and hope that NWBO does not impose another delay like they did in September 2020 where the only warning we got that NWBO was not coming through with TLD on schedule was a garbled hint by Les Goldman on an obscure Internet interview.

You can always sell, but then, because there is not clear communication on timeframes, you could get caught out of position on a gap up because naturally, that is how your luck will run.

spidaman, when they announce TLD with overwhelming efficacy in all 5 endpoints, nothing stands before that PR. All warrants will be absorbed by $5s and $10s. Why do you worry, don't you think LP et al did not worry about it and have a plan?? They might release TLD with a partnership deal or so to absorb all the warrants at say $10 a piece if any warrant holders are interested, imo. In any case, after TLD I bet the warrants are not going to be cheap, imo. The last one was priced $2 as the exercise price. I bet TLD will raise the floor to >$12.55, imo.

Not all warrants are freed on Nov 1, some are locked until Dec 20, and the newest ones are locked until Jan 15, 2021. I have some warrants but I'm not going to give away their time value by exercising them early. I extended their expiration dates intentionally because I want hold them for as long as possible. I don't have to exercise my first batch until the second half of 2021. I plan to exercise and hold new shares for all my warrants as they mature. If I need cash, I have other shares held that I can sell that will be treated as long term capital gains.
