You make a good point; but you are missing a couple points.

At the time of the acceptance of POR 7, there was at least one group and possibly several that stopped attacking and accepted the new agreement. The picture I had in my head was they were in shock at the amounts they saw. Today, we still have groups desperate to get into the agreement -- even postponing immediate payment.

I believe these point to monstrous potential recoveries.

I think the judge could only rule within her jurisdiction and that was WMI and WMIIC, two CH 11 cases and no beyond. She had no judicial access to the other assets or involvements. This is why we have been talking about safe harbor assets for a long time. User Andy recently wrote very interesting about it. All best!
