The exact language was something like CLX pursuing and coordinating its business opportunities, so they deferred the DD on PASO and that's the reason they requested for an extension.
They are smart people, they are not going to say, we have issues, so let's defer the DA. They came up with an excuse of pursuing business opportunities and every smart person would do that.
It's like you defer your set wedding date to pursue and coordinate your business opportunities, what would your fiancé think? lol (just an example).
