in my opinion you're reading "bad" motives into the process when there's no evidence for it. in the end you could be right...this can all fall apart. i doubt CLX needed to create an excuse. their following up on business opportunities seems to have been true given the recent announcements.
that's the "fun" part of the otc. win big / lose big and you normally know relatively soon...like Vegas lol.
