Who is Paul and how does everyone know him so informally? He's known by his first name? Is paul some kind of abbreviation? Through all the screen names and anonymity if the internet, how did u guys find out his name? I keep seeing "Paul" mentioned. Just tryin to put it all together.

This could definitely help in the future for the solar industry in Arizona. State votes on Oct 29/2020 about implementing minimum 50% of energy to come from renewable energy by 2035 100% by 2050. Things are going to be picking up for the industry in Arizona soon.
