Looks like we started a reverse H&S on October 20, with the tip of first shoulder on October 21, and initial neckline on October 23, with the crown of the head not determined yet but probably close. JMHO. I literally am probably the worst chartist here.

I thought nwbo will copy CPXX, BP puts down the SP before TLD, then SP flew to Sky after TLD announced, then quick BO. BP must must did due diligence before TLD, then take quick action for acquisition when they see the TLD was great
