Indeed- we invested $2.0 million+ and helped re-build the NYC "Meatpacking District" from a Redlight/drug den district ("Meatpacking" had a couple of meanings back in the day)to a thriving tourist and retail mecca! That is a national chain. They closed here in GA too.
