Its not a merger, CBBT is purchasing PKG Inc. Meridian ID. It is an acquisition.
Once CBBT has acquired PKG Inc., CBBT will most likely still be working on and getting past filings completed and filed.
On pps short term like when this part is accomplished, it will depend on investor's. Most do not really know what they are investing in, just a ticker that's running.
Problem here is very funny.. Many of traders think that this is a merger. No is not. Cerebain Biotech made offer to purchase (other words) acquisition of PKG. LOL
