There are many wonderful people in my life that have zero escrow shares, and they could greatly use assistance as well as charities that I donate to. My wanting to give something to those people that have gone out of their way to help me and others on this board is not about need but respect and appreciation. So many people do not recognize or make reference to the kind acts of others. I prefer to show my gratitude and to not take people for granted. Why is it that even when people are being kind or helpful there are people on this board calling them out for it? Some people must have nothing better to do than to create drama. May distributions be enough to pay for some people's badly needed therapy.
