This is of course total nonsense. Many turd pink sheet companies announce plans to buy back their stock. None do. Why not? I've already explained this: they have no money. its a terrible investment. there is a far more effective way to reduce outstanding shares (hint: reverse split). no one with any sense would fund such an effort.
