While I agree with you as to the complexity. I believe a partnership will come rather quickly. As for a buyout, I would think that would come before the anticipated approvals, but it's very possible that it waits for further proof of the effectiveness of DCVax-Direct which if positive could drive the price substantially higher.

I would guess that if a buyout offer came in after both DCVax-L was approved and DCVax-Direct demonstrated further efficacy in multiple cancers the buyout price could reach triple digits, certainly it would be much greater than the $20 which could work in a partnership made in the near future.
