I just looked at the picture I was texted Wednesday night. Sure enough, it was on wheels. I had to look closely, because of the distance and the rain. Plus, the wheels are pretty small, not regular tires, like I was suggesting. I guess Frank didn't know they used wheels instead of putting it on blocks.
